Everything showed up just how I ordered it, and it got here fast. No complaints!

So, totally calm about it, but the shipping took way longer than I expected and the tracking barely changed the whole time. The plants did arrive eventually, which is great, but one of the boxes looked beat up. I also had to email twice before I got a clear answer. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, just not exactly the most reliable experience for me

I thought predatoryplants.com had fair prices compared to the other shops I was checking out. The plants were a solid size for what I paid, and, I mean, nothing really felt marked up or overpriced.

Shipping did add a little extra, but overall it still felt worth it to me. Yeah, I’d order from them again.

The weird part is, the plant itself arrived safe and looked fine, but the box was a bit crushed when it showed up. Packing was decent overall, just could’ve been a little sturdier.

I reached out and they got back to me really quickly. Maybe I just caught them at a good time, but it definitely felt like they were on top of things.

I ordered a carnivorous plant and it arrived looking sad. A few leaves were already black, the soil had spilled around in the box, and it just didn’t look very healthy from the start. I get that shipping live plants can be tricky, but for the price I expected it to be in better condition. I also tried reaching out and got transferred around a couple times, which was frustrating when I was just trying to ask what to do. The packaging itself was okay, but the plant quality was disappointing. It’s still alive for now, but I’m not super impressed.
